AtronMall.com values your business and always attempts to provide you the best customer service. For any return or RMA item, please do follow the terms and conditions below:

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

  • You may return your merchandise in new condition for credit with prove of purchase/original receipt within Thirty (30) of purchase.
  • A restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any return item unless the item is defective and exchange for the exact same item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling charge is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
  • Any physical damage to the unit is not acceptable for return or refund.
  • All original packaging and materials must be included in a like new condition to avoid additional charges.
  • To return products, you must follow AtronMall.com RMA procedures.
  • Customer is responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning the products.
  • All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the software package and you agreed that you will be bound by such license agreement.
  • All open software is not returnable and is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the software package.
  • AtronMall.com is not responsible for the product lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.

PRODUCT MANUFACTURE WARRANTY:

  • For any additional warranty that is solely provided by manufacturer, please refer to the manufacturer site for more information.

RMA POLICY:

  • Please call Customer Support (1-866-982-8706) for troubleshoot and RMA request.
  • Provide a copy of original dated invoice/receipt or proof or purchased is required as condition of receiving warranty service.
  • All RMA numbers are valid only for 14 days from date of issuance.
  • All authorized return products shall receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before return to AtronMall.com.
  • All returning RMA products must have a clearly marked RMA number on the outside package and must included RMA form inside the box.
  • All unauthorized RMA returns shall be returned and charged to sender with all applicable fees.
  • User shall be responsible to ensure all returning products to AtronMall.com are properly and securely packed, insured and returned with proof of delivery. (Lost or damaged packages are solely responsibility of the shipper)

NO DEFECT FOUND CHARGES:

  • If AtronMall.com determines that any returned product is not defective. AtronMall.com has the right to bill for all shipping, handling, and processing cost attributes to the return of non-defective product.

CHANGES TO RMA POLICY

  • AtronMall.com reserves the right to change this policy without advance notice.
  • AtronMall.com is not responsible for typographical errors.
